Do you deliver to all of New Zealand?
Currently, we deliver to the North Island with a flat rate for portable spas and swim spas. If you live on the South Island please contact our friendly staff and they will assist and advise the cost. Please refer to our shipping page for further details.
Is it safe to purchase online?
Purchasing online is very safe. We use a very robust eCommerce solution that protects your purchase and personal data.
Are there any safety regulations to be aware of?

Will we need any trades people to install our spa?
All electrical work should be completed by a qualified Electrician. Most Silver Spas Require a 15 amp power connection and come complete with a 15 amp 3 pin plug.
How do we fill our spa?
All our spas and swim spas can be filled with a garden hose placed into the filter box of your spa and filled to the desired level.

We're so confident that you'll love your Silver Spas spa that if you change your mind within 30 days of receiving it we'll let you return it.
The returning buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee of getting the spa back to our warehouse and is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. Along with this, we will not be able to offer you a refund of your original delivery costs.
To be eligible to returning your spa, you must contact a Silver Spas representative within the 30 days of your spa delivery. Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition, this means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. The items will need to be returned secured in their original packaging. If you cannot return an items 'as new' in its original packaging, a handling and restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include,
- Products described as "made to order"
- All forms of clearance stock (e.g. warehouse, display centre, floor stock etc.)
- Clearance items
- Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
- Items purchased in store from a display centre and taken away at the time of the sale
Within 5 business days of receiving your return and confirming it's in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost of shipping the return back to the warehouse. Credits are issued in the form of store credit which is valid for 1 year from the issue date.
